The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with cozy furniture and beautiful artwork adorning the walls. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with wide hallways and ramps for easy navigation.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if there were more seating areas with comfortable chairs in the hotel. The children working there were lovely, but they could benefit from having more seating options where we could relax and enjoy the hotel's ambiance.

We got great value for our money at Beleza Serra Guide. The room was perfect - super clean, comfortable bed, and amazing view. The location was picturesque, with Geres national park and Sao Bento Church nearby. The owners were attentive, even providing a birthday cake for my wife and singing happy birthday. They couldn't have been more helpful, and their English made communication easy.

The breakfast experience could have been better with a wider variety of options.

The staff were chill and hooked us up with info on cool hiking trails and sick places to party. The room was comfy AF and the AC kept us from melting in the summer heat. Plus, there was this dope river nearby where we could swim and soak up the sun. It was the perfect spot for some serious fun with our squad.

The only thing we wished for was a sick pool party scene at the hotel. It would have been lit to have a pool with sick tunes and drinks flowing, where we could meet other young people and turn up the vibes.

Although I was only passing through the city, this hotel provided me with a comfortable and convenient experience. One of the standout features was its proximity to the nearest airport, Porto Airport, which made my transit extremely smooth. Located just 65 km away, it was a short and hassle-free journey, allowing me to relax and prepare for my onward travel.

The room I was assigned was on the back side of the hotel, resulting in a lack of view.

The domestic staff were very attentive, leaving fresh flowers in the room and arranging the towels in a creative way. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the river and offering beautiful and serene views. there are some excellent restaurants nearby, serving delicious food and offering fine viewpoints of the surrounding area. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the room was comfortable with good air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, although the shower took a few minutes to reach a warm temperature. The buffet-style breakfast had a nice variety of options, including tasty bread. the hotel facilities and location were great, and the staff made my stay enjoyable.

I felt at home with the warm and welcoming staff, always ready to help. The restaurant had the best chef in Portugal with delicious meals. There was so much to do, from swimming to taking the bus to explore the area. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and the room was comfortable with good AC. The view from the room was amazing and the hotel owners went above and beyond to make our stay special. This family-run hotel is a hidden gem in a picturesque area.
